Grace's Cottage is a detached four-bedroom house in Invertrossachs, near Callander, sleeping eight guests across four bathrooms. Everything is on one level: the kitchen has a range cooker, opening into a dining area and sitting room with a wood burner. French doors lead out to a patio and gardens where a stream runs through—this is trout-fishing country, and otters fish here too. The whole property is yours alone, with parking on site, wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels included. One well-behaved pet stays free.
The location sits deep in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, surrounded by ancient woodland where you might spot deer, pine martens and other wildlife. From the house, footpaths and cycle tracks lead in all directions. Ben Ledi, Ben Venue and Ben Lomond are each within a short drive for mountain walking. Callander, a Victorian town three miles away, has restaurants, shops and a golf course; Gleneagles and other courses lie within an hour. The area draws nature lovers and bird watchers year-round. No smoking indoors.

Fantastic cottage in a super location. Comfortable and well appointed. Great place to enjoy peace and quiet and walk / cycle away from the crowds. Callander has all the services you would need and it’s in the heart of the Trossachs.

Regular visitors to Grace's. The perfect place to get away from the world in a beautiful location. Owners are fantastic, the neighbours are fantastic (though scarce) and you will struggle to find nicer people all in one area. The cottage is fantastic, and a rare opportunity to have all a family together under one roof

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Comfy lounge with wood burning stove, well equipped spacious kitchen and utility room, large family sized dining area, bedrooms with en suites. Everything beautifully presented and all surrounded by glorious nature. Walks alongside the loch and through the woods all stunning. Perfect to recharge the soul.

Beautiful scenery, cottage was perfect also nice and secluded, there was everything you could ever need when at home, plenty to do locally also there is brochures and maps of places to go. it's the perfect home from home, I especially loved the log fire, unfortunately we didn't get to use it as it was too hot for us being summertime but would be very cosy in the winter, would highly recommend.
