What guests say
Always love a night in the premier inn. Always have a fabulous sleep. Would love to know where they get their mattresses from. Room was clean, organised and just as expected. The location was fab, just off the roundabout from the motorway. Stayed overnight, had breakfast and straight back on the motorway. Lady on reception was lovely. She even changed our room to the ground floor, I walk with elbow crutches. I would have made that a request when booking, but normally find a lift. Yes they had a lift, but she changed it just too make it easier. Really nice, really helpful and pleasant and polite at all times. Again, all over a great night in the premier inn. If anyone knows where they get their mattresses, I would love to know ☆☆☆☆☆

We stayed here 2 nights (on July 31st & Aug 1st 2026, rooms 11 & 28), and it is very disappointing to see our rooms were not made up! The receptionist mentioned that we had to request on check-in and the receptionist should have told you at that time, we were not told. We were then told in passing that we'll be rewarded for poor service (discount) but later she back tracked. Long day visiting places, come back to see your rooms are left as is. Toilets, glasses, confectionery, towels, beds as is have left a very bad taste. 2 nights, 2 rooms, double the price for a single service!

Location spot on for us. Room was extremely dusty. The fan looked like it had been in a loft for several months it was that bad! Moved it out into the hallway to try and reduce the dust. Lack of air conditioning was a problem. "Safety" windows only open a couple of inches. We had ours open all night and it never managed to drop the room below 23 degrees. It was only between 12 and 8 outside! Can't even begin to imagine how bad it would be if genuinely warm outside!

Rooms in particular the bathroom was quite dark especially over the bath and shower and the mirror the light was focused on the centre of the room. Rooms very warm nothing new there. Restaurant no point in reservation it makes no difference just grab a table and leave something or someone to hold it whilst placing order at the bar and hoping someone doesn't grab your table.
