What a start to our holiday, honestly couldn’t have asked for better. From the moment we arrived we got a really warm welcome, and the hosts were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was lovely, big, comfortable and full of charm, with a really nice view to wake up to. The location is great too, and there’s good food within walking distance (The Birds & Bees is well worth a visit). Breakfast was spot on as well. A proper charming little place, and a perfect way to kick off the trip. We’ll definitely be back.

Highly recommended! A very beautiful and clean property, meticulously maintained in a convenient and quite location. It feels like home. Kim and Kevin are fantastic hosts and welcome their guests with great warm. They prepare a delicious breakfast, with high-quality products and exquisitely cooked to order. Kevin is also a brilliant photographer.

This might be my very first Google review, but no one is more worth 5 stars thank Kevin & Kim!! We came here for only 1 night passing through, but had we known how amazing it would be, we definitely would've stayed longer. We arrived and were greeted at the door by Kevin who was so warm and welcoming. He showed us our rooms, made a reservation for us at the restaurant down the road, and gave us details on breakfast the following morning. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous! So clean, very modern and the bed was so comfy! We had our son staying with us so they had prepared an extra bed for him. Everything was immaculate! Breakfast the next day was delicious and prepared fresh. I could not recommend this place any more. 10/10 and our favorite accommodations during our 10 days across Scotland!

I would recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast to anyone traveling and staying in Scotland for vacation. The rooms are amazing, the breakfast is delicious and Kevin and Kim are wonderful hosts. If I could give this rating 6 stars, I definitely would. Thank you Kevin and Kim for being Awesome.
