What guests say
I had a very pleasant stay overnight. The single room was warm and exceptionally clean. The decor good if not a little dated and the carpet was spotless. There was a tea/coffee tray and a very good hairdryer, not to mention an ironing board. If you were staying longer there was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. I enjoyed a meal in the Savaana restaurant but they didn't give me a 10% discount! However the staff were lovely and the food very tasty.

Your basically above a restaurant. Noise from the kitchen and extra fan going. Then it's on the main flight path for manchester airport so planes every minute. Says bed and breakfast but they don't do breakfast. No bar and no coffee shop although it says they do. Room was clean and had everything you needed in it.

Booked via a 3rd party website. Cancelled booking due to the Coffee shop not being open or actually there anymore, as advertised on the hotels actual website, therefore no form of breakfast available to purchase at anytime during my weeks stay. Asked hotel via email about breakfast availability 1 week before my stay and got no reply, realised this 2 days before my stay so called and asked directly to be told the above details. Cancelled the booking but the hotel won't fully refund my room. Also, take a very close look at reviews for the hotel as there are no recent ones available to view, the most recent are showing a quick decline in quality. BE AWARE.

I needed a no frill stay for the night. Booked via hotels.com. Old fashioned but very clean room. Tea and coffee kit provided with a nice welcome bag with essentials. Hotel is almost directly under one of flight paths to Manchester Airport, if you a light sleeper, you need the window to keep shut, but there is no AC (or at least in the room i stayed). For me that was not a problem, I had a good night sleep but if you sleep light this might be a problem. Good parking, Indian restaurant but no breakfast or 24h desk. You leave the key in the box in the morning before you exit. Overall I would return, thanks.
