Holmewood Lakes - Dove Lodge

Dove Lodge is a single-storey property on the Holmewood Lakes site near Yarm. You arrive at a ground-floor entrance, then step into an open-plan space that combines living area, kitchen and bedroom on one level. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and wine cooler; the bedroom holds a kingsize bed; the bathroom is an ensuite with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, a decking area with garden furniture overlooks the lake, and a private hot tub seats four. There is parking for two cars on site. The property does not permit smoking. Note that the grounds contain an unfenced lake.

Yarm itself is a market town with independent shops and cafés, centred around a Victorian viaduct. The wider area suits anyone interested in walking the Tees Valley or exploring Preston Park Museum & Grounds nearby.
