Buttercup Cottage is a Grade II listed property in Yarm, set back from the high street in a quiet courtyard. The whole cottage is yours for the stay. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining room with a sofa bed and smart TV, plus a kitchen equipped for cooking, complete with oven, hob, dishwasher, wine cooler and fridge. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with a TV and a bathroom with both a bath and shower cubicle. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included, along with parking for one car on site and an electric car charging point.

Yarm's high street is on your doorstep, lined with restaurants, bars and independent shops. The River Tees is walkable, and the town has historical trails to explore. The North York Moors National Park is within reach by car for days out. The cottage suits small groups or families (travel cot and highchair are available), though it is a non-smoking property. Check in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
