Ridley House - Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a self-contained cottage within a Grade II listed building, offering one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with both bath and shower, and a living space downstairs that includes a sofa bed suitable for children. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. One dog stays free of charge. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is private parking for one car on site.

The ground floor opens onto a living and dining area with beamed ceilings and an electric stove fire. Upstairs, the bedroom has storage and a TV. The bathroom provides both a bath and a separate cubicle shower. Essentials are covered for a weekend away, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

A pub is within a mile, and the location gives easy access to local shops and restaurants. The River Tees and its walking paths are nearby. The North York Moors National Park is accessible for a day trip. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
