Flint Barn suits couples after a rural escape, families wanting space without crowds, or small groups looking for a self-contained base. The conversion occupies a single storey with a king bed in one bedroom, a double in the other, and one bathroom between them. Everything you need for cooking and eating is here—electric oven, induction hob, Rayburn, microwave, dishwasher—along with a washing machine for longer stays. The living room has a woodburner (logs supplied) and smart TV. Underfloor heating, wifi and linen are included, so you arrive to a ready-made home rather than a holiday checklist.

Step-free access leads to an enclosed garden with a patio, summerhouse and BBQ; there's parking for three cars on the drive. The Plough Inn is within walking distance, and Faversham—a medieval market town known for independent shops, galleries and food—sits roughly halfway between Sittingbourne and Canterbury. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of routes to explore on foot. No smoking indoors, and check-in is after 15:00.
