What a beautiful position for this hotel, we arrived at 12 and were graciously let in early for a small fee. But after a walk along the beach we found a lovely hidden patio of 3 tables reserved for hotel guests over looking the stunning beach. You can order from the tables and service is quick. Anna L was fantastic and even brought out umbrellas without being asked. Bar is nicely set out and well stocked. Room was great but personally prefer a shower that’s not over a bath.

Fantastic staff across the hotel. Superb breakfast but disappointing eve meal in the restaurant. I ordered Risotto but it was more Paella and my wife ordered the Lamb Koftas which were nice but it needed a little etc lift to hit the mark. The room was fine overall but the double bed was a tad small. Great views of Swansea bay on the 4th floor. We would stay again.

Very good and well appointed hotel in a premium location, with a premium price. Parking was easy and the check in was very straight forward. All the staff I met were happy and glad to serve me. My room was well spotlessly clean and well appointed. The windowsill, nets and curtains were tired and could do with a makeover. Breakfast was amazing.

I would stay at this hotel again without any hesitation. The building is a little dated but this is more than compensated for by the rest of my experience. First of all, all of the staff were lovely - friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I was made to feel very much at home. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and my bed was super comfortable. I was overlooking the sea which was a bonus. The bar has a good range of drinks and the bar staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was very good - all of the items on the hot buffet were well cooked and fresh. Eggs cooked to order. The hotel has a spacious car park out front which made parking simple. The hotel is very well located for the seafront, the marina and the town centre. Plenty of good restaurants nearby,
