Popped in with family for an evening meal. Ordered pie with mash and peas x 2 with drinks. Unfortunately 1 of the pies turned up cold, however after returning it to staff, received it back shortly after hot. Staff were friendly and atmosphere good.

The food was good pub grub. Very friendly service, a good place to pop into whilst in Tavistock. A good range of drinks.

Lovely atmosphere, extremely reasonably priced food and drinks. Bar staff and owner are friendly and accommodating. I would reccomend a visit especially if staying in the local area for the first time as they include good suggestions for outings and local visits. Food is good pub quality for value, good selection of drinks.

Popped in for a quiet pint, ended up having fish and chips…. Best fish we have had in years, and reasonably priced! Outside chatting to the locals, who were both chatty and a good laugh! Definitely goin back soon
