Shaldon Beach is a ten-minute walk away, and the South West Coastal Path runs through the village—perfect for a few hours' rambling or a full day of coastal exploration. Inland, Dartmoor National Park lies twenty minutes by car, while Exeter is equally close. The narrow streets of Shaldon itself reward a wander, with pubs, a pitch-and-putt course, and Smuggler's Cove beach all within reach on foot.
The Cob Barn is a detached two-storey cottage sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor is open plan, combining a sitting and dining area with a kitchen that has everything needed for self-catering: gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, a second bedroom with ensuite and downstairs shower room complete the layout. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; the underfloor heating on the ground floor keeps things comfortable year round. A lawned garden and courtyard provide outdoor space, with parking for two cars on site.
The barn sits on an eighty-acre family farm where children can see sheep, kunekune pigs, miniature Shetland ponies, free-range chickens and goats. No smoking is permitted inside. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Awesome little site. I've stayed in hotels where the toilets aren't this clean. And cute animals too!

Amazing place. Owners are friendly and approachable. We stay here when we visit Devon. Its quiet on site. Lots of various accommodation types available. Spotless on arrival. Everything is thought of. You just need to turn up & holiday. Such a shame when you have to come home. Some animals are there but not to pet/stroke.
