The Old Piggery sits on an 80-acre working farm between Teignmouth and Shaldon, converted into a single self-contained unit with its own entrance. You get a double bedroom, shower room, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Everything you need for cooking is here—gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine—along with Freeview TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and underfloor heating. Parking for two cars is on site.

The property backs onto a shared enclosed courtyard and garden with sitting-out space and a barbecue. A short walk takes you to Shaldon Beach and the South West Coastal Path; the famous south Devon beaches are roughly three miles away. Dartmoor National Park and Exeter are each a 20-minute drive. Shaldon itself has narrow streets to explore, pubs, and pitch-and-putt. The farm keeps sheep, kunekune pigs, miniature Shetland ponies, free-range chickens and goats. No smoking is permitted.

Awesome little site. I've stayed in hotels where the toilets aren't this clean. And cute animals too!

Amazing place. Owners are friendly and approachable. We stay here when we visit Devon. Its quiet on site. Lots of various accommodation types available. Spotless on arrival. Everything is thought of. You just need to turn up & holiday. Such a shame when you have to come home. Some animals are there but not to pet/stroke.
