Arthurs Den comes with everything you need for a seaside break without surprises when the bills arrive. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer—enough to cook properly rather than rely on takeaways. The living area opens onto a decked front space with garden furniture, and a communal heated swimming pool is shared with other properties on site.

The layout is straightforward: one kingsize bedroom, a second with twin beds that can be pushed together as a superking, and a shower room with heated towel rail. Everything is on the ground floor. You get a parking space at the front and access to a games room and launderette. Churston Cove is minutes away on foot, with the South West coastal path running past; Brixham harbour, its restaurants and breakwater beach are under a mile downhill. No smoking inside the property.
