Babbacombe Downs is right on the doorstep of Headland View Boutique B&B, with its clifftop paths, sea views, and easy access down to the beach below. Torquay's wider seafront, harbour and local attractions are also within reach, making this a practical base for exploring the English Riviera on foot or by car, with free on-site parking removing the usual town-centre hassle.

Jan and Adam are exceptional hosts. They are easy going and so helpful. We had our anniversary meal sat outside on the terrace, surrounded by their beautiful Greek pots, soothing Greek 🇬🇷 music, wonderful Greek meze and a beautiful view of the sea. The wine list is exceptional too! The room was quite frankly the nicest room that we have ever stayed in (in the UK)....the bathroom was also beautiful. The design and furnishings are fantastic and well planned. The balcony was my favourite place; sitting watching the world go by while looking at the sea. Breakfast (which is delicious and a great selection) is also served to your room, to enjoy on the balcony. It has been such a relaxing stay, so much so we have booked to return! We highly recommend Headland View Boutique Hotel, just fantastic.

I was in room 1 at the back, but what it lacked in a view from the room it made up in quality. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast (the quality of every bit from butchers sausages, thick bacon, ripe fresh fruit and quality avocados) and even the premium handwash was great. The bed was very comfortable. We had great weather so could have breakfast outside with a view of the sea. Cannot fault this lovely place!

Just had the most wonderful stay , very warm welcome, our room was perfect, tapas on the terrace on a sunny Saturday evening was lovely. Could not fault the cleanliness of the room. Everything is top quality and attention to detail is perfect. Would highly recommend a stay here will be returning. Also breakfast was amazing.

My partner and I stayed for two nights in room 4, top floor with sea view... Absolutely beautiful room, very tastefully decorated with quality fixtures.. I highly recommend this room. And outside of course you have a view along the Devon coastline, which you can enjoy sitting in bed with a cup of tea in the morning.. Fabulous breakfast was included, which was served in the room, just bliss.. Amazing friendly hosts... I highly recommend the Headland View Boutique...
