Timbers is a detached lodge where everything is on the ground floor, making it accessible for those with mobility needs. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and ensuite shower, one with two singles—and a second bathroom mean four guests can spread out comfortably. The open-plan living and dining space has a woodburner, and the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher. Electricity and bed linen are included; bring your own towels.
One dog stays free, and there are enclosed decking areas where you can sit out. The lodge sits within woodland near Hartland Forest, with walking trails accessible from the property. A fenced lake lies 50 yards away. The North Devon coast is just a few miles distant—Clovelly is 4 miles away, and beaches including Westward Ho! and Croyde Bay are within easy reach. Woolsery village has a store, post office and pub, and Bideford (12 miles) offers boat trips to Lundy Island. Bude and the Cornish coast are close by, and Rosemoor Gardens is nearby. Private parking for one car is on site; check in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00. No smoking.
