Piccolino Tower Bridge The reception we received was pleasant and courteous, and the service throughout the meal was faultless. We particularly enjoyed the focaccia starter, which was truly great, and the wine selection was excellent—a refreshing change from many other establishments. While the pizza was good and the flavors were delicious, we did find it a little oily on top. Had it been slightly less oily, it would have been perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Vira, who provided exceptional service. Vira was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. His calm, experienced, and well-mannered approach to service was impressive and greatly enhanced our evening. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Thank you for a lovely experience; we certainly look forward to returning soon.

Wonderful private dining experience for a large family party, we were able to pre order online. The food was superb and of a really high standard. The service & all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, a short walk from Tower Bridge and The Shard.

Fantastic service from Adrian, but ruined by deceptive marketing and a rude manager. I visited Piccolino Tower Bridge to celebrate my partner's birthday and our 5-year anniversary. We booked specifically for the "January Birthday Dines Free" promotion. Despite confirming the birthday during booking and with the host upon arrival, we were never informed of the "4-person minimum" T&C until the bill arrived. The Good: Our waiter, Adrian, was exceptional. He was attentive, professional, and truly made the first half of our night special. The Arancini and Calamari were highlights, and the Wagyu Lasagne was unique and flavourful. The Bad: The management. When we questioned the bill, we met Marian (the manager). His approach was combative and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication from his team during the three separate times we mentioned the deal, he tried to "guilt" us by asking if the free cake and photo weren't enough. He showed zero empathy for the fact that this was a milestone anniversary and birthday. It wasn’t about the money; it was the lack of transparency and Marian’s total lack of a "humane touch." It’s a shame that one manager’s ego overshadowed the hard work of staff like Adrian. If you go, check the fine print twice, as the staff won't warn you until the check comes.

My recent visit to Piccolino Tower Bridge was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of my time in London. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was vibrant, elegant, and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The food and drinks were outstanding, and every detail reflected the team’s dedication to delivering an excellent guest experience. A special mention goes to Pavel, the Bar Manager, whose energy, passion, and attention to guests were remarkable. He has a natural talent for making people feel valued and cared for, and his enthusiasm contributes greatly to the unique atmosphere of the venue. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience. What makes Piccolino Tower Bridge truly special is not only the quality of its food and drinks but also the people behind it. Their hospitality turns a simple meal into an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend Piccolino Tower Bridge to anyone visiting London. Whether you’re looking for a delicious meal, a perfectly crafted drink, or simply a place filled with wonderful people and a fantastic atmosphere, this is a destination you should visit at least once. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back! 🥰
