Treetop Trek Windermere

Absolute amazing experience and good value for money. My son is autistic and the staff really took their time to make this an unforgettable experience for him. They were very patient with him when he was scared and taking his time. Will definitely go again.

Came last week we did climbing wall and big zip wire. It was OK fair bit of waiting around. Bit pricey like all zip worlds but we enjoyed what we did. No booking fee if you turn up and book but charge £5 online! Crazy. Have to pay for parking aswell.

This is one of my top places of family fun when I visit Windermere, Lake District. It has become one of the top most visited by my family, it has so many memories for the past few years and was one of the first places where my two boys and I had experience of Zip line and my both boys 8 and 5 at the time overcame their fear of height and embrace their fear of height in a safe environment when we did it together as three. They then enjoyed it so much that we did it a few more times after that on £5 per person after the first go. I would highly recommend it for a reasonably priced location with tons of other activities other than zip line. We experienced the Full trek for the first time and my 9 year old felt overjoyed after completing the full trek and overcoming the fear of balancing and performing under pressure, height and listening to instructions under intensity understanding, growing, overcoming in a safe environment. It’s not just for fun but a crucial part of learning and growing. I highly recommend families to visit Zip world and experiences of this kind to bond with their kids and help them overcome their fear in a safe environment. I appreciate their caring, kind and trained staff for excellent support and service, one of the staff members at the zip line recognised us from the last time we visited in the summer which showed, care customer service and a shared joy of the experience.

Such a fantastic spot! The staff were lovely and helpful. Just make sure you go to the loo before you go in or it's a walk up some steps to the cafe (which stops serving drinks at 430)! I suppose some would say we came unprepared though. A whole 2 hours was more than enough time in the nets we had an absolute ball and then spent some time at the park next door which was also great. I'd love to come again although just beware of the extra costs for parking (£7 for 3 hours!?). I hope zipworld can do something to reduce these costs for their visitors as it seems a little pricey once everything is added up. Lovely place though thankyou for having us 😊
