The host are so warming. They explained everything we needed to know about the room and Ullapool. The room was exceptional. We were made to feel very welcome. The view from our room was tranquil, looking out over the Loch.

Ideal for a stay in Ullapool. We stayed here a night before getting the ferry to Stornoway. The guest house is warm and friendly. The rooms have everything you need for an overnight. The guest house is a short walk away from the centre of Ullapool. It took us about 10 minutes to wake into town.

We stopped here for 4 nights as part of our NC500 trip. I have to say the hosts are lovely. We were greeted at the door and was given information about the room and Ullapool. There was a great selection of tea, coffee and porridge. The bed was very comfortable and well heated (which we were grateful for!). Sadly, the bathroom was very outdated. The toilet seat and shampoo dispenser was not attached properly. Our biggest problem was were could hear absolutely everything. From snoring, talking to ablutions, unfortunately sleep was lacking due to this. It constantly felt like we heard slamming doors and banging from other guests which woke us up early too. But you can tell the owners work hard and the location was perfect :)

The room was very clean and warm, with a welcome chocolate, a great selection of coffee options, and exceptionally friendly staff. The location and view were excellent, and we really appreciated the books provided with detailed information, including recommendations for nearby places to eat and their opening hours. Wishing the team all the best for the upcoming New Year.
