Nutley Farmhouse

Nutley Farmhouse is a brick-built property on a private estate, sleeping up to eight guests with room to spare for larger groups or extended families. Four bedrooms across the first floor means flexible sleeping arrangements: each has a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as either a super king or two singles. Three bathrooms include two ensuite shower rooms, a shared bathroom with both bath and shower, and a downstairs toilet. The ground floor is open-plan, with a living area, separate dining space, and a kitchen equipped for full self-catering—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed to cook proper meals.

Essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with initial logs for the wood burner. A cot and highchair are available if needed. One dog is welcome on the property. Outside, there's a grassed area with garden furniture and direct access to ancient woodland and fields—useful for families wanting to let children run around, or for exploring on foot. Two cars can park privately on site.
