We’ve been coming to Fuzzy Ed’s regularly and it’s become one of our go-to spots. One of the biggest advantages is how well the seating area is laid out—you get great visibility of most of the play area from the tables, which makes it much easier to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. We also recently hosted a joint birthday party here, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole event was really well organised, the staff were helpful and attentive, and everything ran smoothly. It was also excellent value for money considering what was included. Overall, a great venue for both casual visits and special occasions—we’ll definitely keep coming back!

I was in this place on a weekday during half term and even I didn't have a reservation and there were a lot of people, I was still allowed in with my child. The place is generally clean but toilets are begging to be renovated, because they are a bit dingy. The service could be a bit nicer. Overall, it's not bad, especially my child had quite a good time. The play area is the perfect size for a 6-year-old, who has to cope on his own, especially since parents are not allowed to enter this zone.

I've been here few times before and it's always busy, so I tend to stand in the play area and watch both my kids especially my little one (3.5yrs) as he climbs up the steep ramp and down the blue slide. Today was the first time there was a staff member present telling other children off for climbing up and down the slides, as there were no parents around to do so. I then realised why as she advised me I had to leave the ball pit as no adults were allowed inside the play structure (please note I wasnt climbing, I wasnt playing, I was literally stood at the bottom of the slide and then there to make sure he didnt fall when climbing up the ramp). I questioned the rationale for parents not being allowed in to properly supervise their children, meaning she had to tell kids off. Her response was it's the policy, the only policy I can find on the website is parents to supervise their children at all times, whilst you can see alot of the play area, you can't watch/see them all the time if not in the actual play area, particularly if they are younger than alot of the kids at that particular session I also find it strange that it is only 'policy' at weekends and out of term time. I do appreciate there is a smaller kids section but after a few goes on the yellow slide, my little one is bored and wants to explore. I also have a 6 year old, who I might occasionally help him with some climbing or confidence going down slides (in some soft plays) or if he's injured/upset etc I would want to go to him without the risk of being told off by staff. Other than this rule, if your kids are old enough to be unsupervised or you visit Mon-fri 10am-3pm (term time only) then this is a great play area, food was lovely and staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Just a ridiculous policy, where you are not allowed to properly supervise your own children if you want to.

We visited Fuzzy Ed’s a view days ago & we love it! Emily was very friendly & so helpful letting me know what is available there for my boys. My boys have wanted to go everyday since. We found it amazing value for money, clean, well kept (not tired) and just all round a great experience. Wish we had found you sooner. Recommended to all. ♥️
