We had a wonderful stay at Belleview House. It was in a fantastic location, 10 minutes easy walk into Wells and had plenty of parking. Our room was on the ground floor and was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had delicious breakfasts every day with amazing homemade conserves. Ellie and Ham were so welcoming and helpful giving us advice on places to visit, where to eat and gardening tips! We will definitely be back.

Lovely friendly people, helpful with our onward plans. Cake and tea on arrival and chocolate for the children. Comfortable rooms - although small showers. Great fruit platter at breakfast.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary. From our arrival to departure it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The roses and prosecco in our room to the beautifully cooked delicious breakfast and lovely choice options . Ellie was the most amazing host and went above and beyond to make our stay such a special experience. Thank you.

Stayed here 20/12/16 as we visited Wells Cathedral for Carols by candlelight which was a five minute walk. The rooms were very clean, warm with everything you needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful stay.
