Lovely atmosphere with a variety of activities on offer. The interior is beautifully decorated taking on a modern revival of the classic bowling alley vibe. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and the arcade is small but hosts plenty of machines. Also shout out to Emerald who was super friendly and chatty, going out of their way to help me, so thankyou Emerald.

I visited this bowling venue last week, booking online before for the half term deal. The venue itself has clearly been improved and expanded since my last visit. It is a much larger space now and I really liked the addition of the pool tables and the overall upgraded layout. However, unfortunately the experience at reception staff really affected our visit. From the moment we arrived and mentioned our booking, the staff member we dealt with came across as quite rude and unwelcoming. There was no smile or basic friendliness, and the tone felt quite negative throughout the interaction. I do understand that staff may be busy or having a difficult moment, but it wasn’t particularly busy at the time we arrived or when we left, so it was disappointing. It made us feel quite uncomfortable and honestly took away from what should have been a nice occasion. We are not teenagers or a disruptive group, so it felt unnecessary to be made to feel unwelcome. If we hadn’t already pre-booked, I likely would have gone elsewhere. Overall, the venue itself is good and has improved, but the customer service at reception really let the experience down. I’m not sure I would return based on this experience.

Always loved coming here, but since the inclusion of the escape rooms and the upgraded arcade, things have only gotten better! My fiancé and I tried Room 13, which was our first escape room ever, and we had so much fun! Our lead Detective, Jacob, was absolutely wonderful and we'll definitely be coming back soon!!

Terrible staff. Expect long waits at check in, delays on food and drinks and also no staff to be seen at throughout your experience. I don’t usually write in depth reviews like this but after using this bowling alley/arcade a few times and not seeing any improvement on the customer service front, I felt the need to speak up. Whoever is in charge of teaching staff how to serve customers should needs a rethink. Specifically tonight, on arrival there was no line yet we waited for 12 minutes waiting to be checked in. There was just one staff member on the till, she had her back to us the whole time, then served people who arrived after us. They also forgot about our package food and drinks, I overheard the manager say they lost the ticket too. Then when I had to remind them, the kitchen staff only brought out 1 of meals and told me they just dropped one of our burgers on on the floor so they had to re-cook another. It was a bit concerning how the food took over half an hour to be prepared in the first place and then just an additional 2 minutes for the replacement dropped burger… the alley wasn’t even busy, literally a handful of people playing on the lanes. I had to chase and remind staff so many times tonight, and even had to knock on their staff door because there was no one out on the floor ready to see to guests. Sort it out, you could be so much better.
