Shippen Barn

You step through the door into an open-plan living space where the kitchen flows straight into the sitting area—one room, naturally lit, with a woodburner and TV. There's a breakfast bar if you want to eat where you cook. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with access to the garden; it has a zip-and-link super kingsize bed and its own shower room. Upstairs, bedroom 2 offers a kingsize bed and another ensuite. Two bathrooms means no negotiation over mornings, and the whole property is yours alone.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge all there. Heating comes from gas central heating and a woodburner. Bed linen and towels are provided, as is electricity. Outside, there's a lawned garden with a patio and seating, plus private parking on site. The property sits on a working sheep farm with views toward Sheepstor; Dartmoor lies close by for walking and exploring. One dog is welcome. No smoking indoors.
