Rolling countryside on the Devon-Cornwall border makes this working farm an accessible base for exploring Dartmoor and the wider region. Swallows Nest is a detached barn conversion with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to six. The ground floor contains the main living spaces: a sitting room with a wood-burner, dining room and a kitchen equipped for self-catering, along with a utility room and shower room. Upstairs are the bedrooms – one double with an ensuite shower, and two further rooms with single beds each – plus a bathroom with a bath and shower.

The property comes with an enclosed lawned garden, patio area, garden furniture and a barbecue. On-site parking is available for two cars. Essentials such as bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are provided; heating runs on oil. An external games room on the farm – shared with another cottage – contains a pool table, table tennis, darts and table football. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
