This place is dated and the entrance to the car park has pot holes the size of the grand canyon but the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with a full English and cereal included in the price. I don't know how they can afford all of that for the price. So those who complain what were you expecting for £45, the Ritz ?? Its perfectly fine for one night and great value or the money.

Compared to a typical hotel, Langham Hotel is a very dated. It is considerably much more economical compared to other hotel in the area. But be mindful that the room has many things that supposed to be functional but they are not. The room is clean but washroom is very dated, for example the washroom tap wobbles and they are not tightened to the sink; the shower adjustment of hot / cold water doesn't function well. Parking at the rear which you have to drive though a very narrow back ally with uneven potholes. The parking can fit 16 cars, but 4 of them will block other cars from entering and exiting the parking so if they have a full house, you may have to move the car when other tenant leave the hotel. Although everything is dated, amenity may not function well, the breakfast has all the essentials

It is what it is. Sensibly priced. Comfortable bed and pretty clean. If you need somewhere cheap to sleep, then might be a good shout. It does seem like a building plucked out of 1980 with added WiFi as it seems nothing else as been upgraded since. In addition my shower was a bit worse for wear and more like water falling out of a gutter. Furthermore, plenty of hairs could be found in the shower from the prior occupant. All in all, ok. Note that the car park gets closed at night.

Very hot room (free sauna), unable to open any windows. Noise from road loud and continuous throughout the whole night. Really uncomfortable worn out mattress and whole room dated and run down. However bed linen and towels very clean rest of room generally clean. Fawlty Towers would have been a better option.
