Broadberry Cottage spreads across three levels in central Windermere, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping four people. The ground floor holds a living room with gas fire and a second bathroom featuring a bath with shower; downstairs sits the kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher) and dining room, both opening onto a small patio with private parking for one car. Upstairs are the bedrooms: one double with an ensuite shower cubicle, and one twin sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom with the first bedroom. A woodburner in the lower ground floor adds warmth. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included.

Queen's Park lies a two-minute walk away, with sports facilities and a children's play area. The town itself has independent shops, galleries and pubs within the immediate vicinity. Bowness—with its own collection of shops, cafes and attractions—is less than a mile downhill, where the lake and its water-sports options begin. One dog is welcome. The property is no-smoking.
