Cropple How
Westmorland and Furness
Cropple How is a stone semi-detached cottage on the edge of Threlkeld, positioned high enough to command views across the fells. The location puts you within walking distance of the village's two pubs and four miles east of Keswick, with the M6 accessible for those arriving by car. An enclosed rear garden with patio provides outdoor space, and parking for one small car sits on site.
The ground floor contains a living room with Freeview TV and a kitchen/dining room equipped for self-catering. A shower room completes this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials like Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided, and the heating is electric. The garden has steps, which is worth knowing if that matters to you. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage suits couples or small families after a quiet base for fell-walking or exploring the Lakes.
