Ground floor has a living room with a 43-inch smart TV and open fire, plus a kitchen-diner fitted with a gas hob, electric range, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. The first floor contains a second living room with a 55-inch smart TV and wood-burning stove, a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower, and a bathroom with roll-top bath and separate cubicle shower. Two more kingsize beds and two pairs of single beds occupy the second floor bedrooms, each with a TV and ensuite or shared bathroom access. All essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen and towels—are included, along with wifi throughout.

The property sits in Threlkeld village with parking for four cars on-site, plus two electric car charging points and a bike store. An enclosed garden with patio and furniture provides outdoor space. Two pubs operate in the village, one with a restaurant. Keswick lies three miles away; Penrith train station is served by regular buses that stop outside the house. The M6 is 15 minutes' drive. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
