Red squirrels and wild deer are genuinely seen here; the area draws birds and wildlife throughout the year. On the practical side, you have private parking for three cars, a garage with table tennis, and somewhere to store bikes. The patio comes with garden furniture. Glenridding village itself—pubs, shops, cafes, restaurants, lake steamers and bike hire—is within easy reach, and fell walking and climbing start from the doorstep. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
