Hovera Cottage works well for families, multi-generational groups or friends looking for space to spread out. The property has four bedrooms across three floors: two king beds (one with an en-suite), a twin room, and a children's bunk room. Three bathrooms serve the house, with essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating all included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.

The layout gives you a living room with woodburner and smart TV on the ground floor, plus a separate dining room and a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals—gas hob, electric oven, air fryer, dishwasher and washer dryer. An enclosed garden provides outdoor space. One car parking permit is included. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Located in central Windermere within easy reach of the train station, lake access and local shops, this works as a base whether you want to walk the fells, spend time on the water, or simply have somewhere comfortable to gather in the evenings.
