Southview Spa Windermere

Had a wonderful time at south view spa. Great location to explore Windermere and the lakes. The place was spotless, well equipped with great facilities, and a lovely pool and spa. It is also very spacious with good parking for large groups. It was a great way to celebrate my 60th birthday with the family and friends. Great communication with the host from start to finish and would book again. Thanks to all

Stayed here with a group of 17 and it honestly delivered on every level. The location is spot on, close enough to walk into Windermere for shops, food, and the station, which made things really easy for everyone. The house itself is built for groups. There was always something going on, whether it was the pool, hot tub, sauna, or just chilling in the cinema room. No one was ever bored, which says a lot with 17 people. The kitchen and dining area became the main hub and worked perfectly for big group meals and a few drinks. Inside, it’s modern, clean, and clearly well looked after. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were done to a good standard, and everything just felt easy and practical for a big group stay. All in all, a brilliant place that’s been properly thought through. Only snag was getting hold of the emergency contact as the electrics tripped but aside from that it was excellent without issue. Would 100% go back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We stayed here for 3 nights and what a fantastic place to have a family and friends gathering ! The property is stunning spotless and has anything you could wish for and more. Every time you turn a corner there was something new to discover and be impressed by. 16 of us stayed and had the best time celebrating my dads 70th, located right where you want to be literally a 2 minute walk into Windermere. Beautifully presented home with plenty of space and things to do so you’re not under each others feet the whole time in fact quite the opposite we had to send search parties out to find people either in the cinema room, pool or sauna. Perfect dining room , we had a private chef in for the last supper (the cook in the north) he was fantastic no fuss and exceptional food. Once you arrive at the property it’s easy to see why it’s rated 4.9 on air b&b I just wonder how it’s not the full 5. Would love to go back at some point in the future a real credit to the hosts.

We visited as a group of ten and were genuinely impressed with this property. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Windermere’s shops, and the train station, making it very convenient to get around. The house is extremely well equipped and had more than enough to keep everyone entertained. The pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, and cinema room were all used and thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen and dining space were ideal for group meals and socialising. The interior is modern, stylish, and finished to a high standard, with comfortable bedrooms and well designed bathrooms. Everything felt well thought out and suited perfectly for a large group stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering it. It offers fantastic facilities, a great location, and excellent value for money.
