Inglewood Terrace
Westmorland and Furness
View on Google MapsInglewood Terrace is a two-bedroom apartment on the edge of Penrith, laid out vertically across three storeys. You enter at ground level into a living room with Freeview Smart TV and a shower room; a returning staircase then leads up to the first floor, where the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite. Below ground level sits the second bedroom with twin beds, a kitchen with a full range of appliances, and a dining room—all three areas warmed by underfloor heating. The stairs are open-tread and narrow in places. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; one well-behaved pet stays free.
The location puts you within reach of the Lake District's main attractions. Penrith Beacon, a 1719 structure on the hill above, is accessible on foot from the door. Ullswater lies a short drive away for sailing and canoeing, Keswick and Derwentwater about twenty minutes further, and the quieter Eden Valley countryside spreads out beyond. The town itself has a pub three-quarters of a mile off. Street parking is available outside, and smoking is not permitted.
