Private lawned garden adjacent to the rear of the house. 1 dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles and pub 5 mins walk. EV charging available in the village or nearby at the supermarket in Keswick. Initial supply of logs provided. N.B: Rear Garden is not completely enclosed and is accessed over a track to the rear of the house. No children.
