Brampton village sits quietly between Appleby and the surrounding National Parks, with the North Pennine Fells rising visibly to the north. Pennine View is a semi-detached house here, sleeping six across three bedrooms and one bathroom. The ground floor holds the main living spaces: an open-plan area with TV and woodburner, a kitchen fitted with oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, and a separate utility room containing washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are the three bedrooms—a double, a zip-and-link super kingsize (which can split into two singles), and a twin suitable for children—plus a bathroom with bath and shower.

The enclosed garden wraps around the back in two levels, with a patio and furnished seating areas; there are five steps down to the lower lawned section. Heating comes from an air source heat pump with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One pet stays free. The house is no-smoking throughout, and parking is on road. Appleby's market and facilities lie about two and a half miles away, while both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks are within reach for days out.
