A mile from Appleby, a market town in the Eden Valley, the cottage is well positioned for exploring the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, with the Scottish Border and Hadrian's Wall also within reach. Walking, cycling, golf and fishing are all available locally. A pub is half a mile away, and shops and restaurants are a mile off. The property is not suitable for children under 5 due to an unfenced pond at the front, and smoking is not permitted.
