Rosthwaite Bungalow is a detached four-bedroom property sleeping up to 6 guests, positioned a short walk from Windermere town centre. The entire layout sits on ground floor, accessed via two steps, which suits those preferring to avoid stairs. One bedroom has a super kingsize bed, a second also has a super kingsize, and two further bedrooms each contain a double. A single bathroom includes a bath with shower, plus there is a separate toilet.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, allowing you to cook properly or manage laundry during your stay. The living room has a Freeview TV and ample seating. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided. An enclosed garden with outdoor furniture sits to the side of the property, with private parking for three cars on site. One dog is welcome.

Windermere's shops, restaurants and bars are walkable, and Bowness-on-Windermere lies roughly a mile away. The location makes exploring the Lake District straightforward without needing to drive everywhere. The property operates a no-smoking policy throughout.
