We had a personal loss and they were totally insensitive when we approached them. Kerry from the reception messaged us via booking.com. I would never recommend this place to anyone in my contacts and will share this feedback as well. Only during times like this the real culture of the hotels and how best they treat their customers comes out and they are miserable.

As someone from Greece, I can say this hotel is far from what hospitality should be. The staff were rude, arrogant. The place itself looks like it hasn’t been touched since the early 2000s — flashy decoration with bad taste, cheap colors and furniture that feel outdated rather than stylish. Nothing about it reflects quality or care. The facilities are old, dirty, and poorly maintained, making the stay uncomfortable from the start. In Greece, we value filoxenia — true hospitality — but here, there was none of that spirit. Just arrogance, poor service, and a rundown environment.
