The first floor has two bedrooms with ensuites, plus a main bathroom featuring a corner bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each contain zip-and-link beds that can be configured as twins or doubles.

The property sits in the village of Staveley at the foot of the Kentmere Valley, with bus and train access. An enclosed decking area at the rear provides outdoor space, and there is parking for one car on site. One dog is welcome, and a dog shower off the entrance area serves pet owners. Wi-Fi and all essentials like bed linen, towels and heating are included; the kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher and microwave for self-catering.
