Bedroom 1 is a double with ensuite on this level; the top floor holds a kingsize bedroom and a twin room, each with their own ensuite. Every bedroom has a shower cubicle, heated towel rail and toilet.

The property sits near Glenridding in Westmorland and Furness, a rural setting between fell and lake. You have the whole place to yourselves with space to spread out or gather—the living room works for groups, while quieter corners exist for those who want to retreat. There is a step at the entrance and another in the garden. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
