Very disappointed with how I was treated today. Another customer physically pushed me in the family changing area after moving my belongings, despite me explaining I had only stepped away for seconds to collect my autistic son from his swimming lesson. Instead of dealing with the assault appropriately, the duty manager dismissed my concerns, focused on the changing room policy, failed to take anyone's details or properly investigate, and allowed the other customer to leave without apologising. I left feeling completely unsupported and deeply upset. I expected much better from the management team.

5/7 Really upset about how I was treated today by all the lifeguards and it's made me feel so down I may have to stop my son's swimming. Due to last weekend me leaving a negative review the lifeguard got it wrong (Matthew) and said that I had argued with a customer? I explained that he got the wrong end of the stick and it was was in fact Jasmine who chased me for an argument. He says I've caused trouble that's why I have to sit upstairs now to watch my son swim 29/6/2026 Unfortunately this is the 2nd negative against the same person. Jasmine the swimming teacher. I notified reception as she was over ratio (she said she was only allowed 7 and she had 8 children) she ran after me in the changing rooms to start having a go at me in front of my son. I asked her to stop as my son was there . She carried on. I found this rude and highly unprofessional. Jasmine will always bite back with sarcasm or snap at you. This shouldn't be allowed. My son and I have been coming here since he was 2 he is now 5. I really don't want to give up his swimming but I dread seeing her to be be honest. My son Jake and I have been coming here years for active ants, swimming, and other events It never disappoints. We always have a great time. The only downside is Jasmine the swimming teacher. She can be incredibly rude and whispers a lot of the time about people. Ray and Tom are outstanding members of staff and never worry about going over their work hours whereas Jasmine can not wait to leave and spends the whole time watching the clock. Other outstanding members of staff are Jeremiah and Harvey. Jasmine's husband who works there will talk to you and be polite as long as jasmine not present 🤣

The swimming pool changing rooms are Disgusting i was there yesterday and it smelt of pee and dirt and in the shower there was hair and dirt left in the drain and i mean it was a lot It was a brown wad i tried to find another cubicle because that one was gross and the other one smelt of pee not only that but the shower drains dont drain properly, the showers and changing rooms arent clean and dont get me started on the toilets they smell foul of pee and the floors are brown as well as the floors in the changing rooms. the changing rooms arent cleaned properly AT ALL. a lot of the time there is always tissues or something on the floor its disgusting. The pool area is alright but when coming out of the changing rooms the floor is still brown this is by far the most dirty swimming pool ive been too, Its extemely poorly kept. Gym area is nice and the changing rooms there are cleaner and the outside facility is nice but thats the only redeeming quality as well as the nice customer service. please cleanup the swimming changing rooms properly ITS GROSS, buy a proper cleaning machine to get rid of the dirt its clear it hasnt been cleaned the place is severely neglected. ITS DISGUSTING

First time we have been since the refurbishment. Prices are ok but was a little confused by website as you couldn’t book unless you were registered. Don’t fret though you can just turn up and pay, just arrive a little earlier before session to allow for queue. Changing rooms nice and clean, family and single cubicles. Pool decent temperature, we stayed in the whole hour and didn’t feel cold. Lovely hot showers, and my girls loved the free hair dryers to! Lockers are £1. Revisit 2023 summer break, once again great experience. I love the pool temp here, 29 degrees, so nice. Got it booked much better this time, now using the ‘everyone active’ app, you can open the gates by reception with the app, quite cool!
