Visited on 26/07/2026 Great prices for a zoo and had lots of animal to see. They accept cash and card at the ticket office. They also have a overspill car park less than 5 minutes away from the entrance. On advantage we spent about 4 hours here going at a slow pace and having a picnic. Loads of seats and picnic benches to have a break or bite to eat. Five sisters dose have a burger, chips, breakfast and soft drive van located next to the play area for the kids. Unfortunately the other food stalls were shut. Toilets were located in three areas and also had disabled toilets. The toilet could have been doing with a clean unfortunately as soaps pumps, sinks and flooring were extremely dirty. This is why I didn't give five sisters five stars. Was nice to walk around on a Saturday during the summer holidays as it wasnt extremely busy. I've added some pictures of animals during our visit.

Absolutely brillant zoo to visit, so many new animals which all look very happy, comfortable and relaxed in their enclosures. The enclosures are so well kept and immaculate. You get very up close and personsl to all the animals.. so very designed.. my Son absolutely loved it, plenty of foods, drinks and even great play parks and picnic tables and rest areas. Great accessibility for all and the staff are lovely, polite and so helpful. Thank you five sisters zoo for a wonderful day.

A fantastic place—I recommend it wholeheartedly. It is an animal sanctuary where cages, terrariums, aviaries, and enclosures are set up to ensure the animals feel at ease and safe. There is a children's playground within the zoo grounds ,as well as a soft play area with a café. Plenty of free parking is available nearby.

Had a great day out at the zoo. Weather was good & outwith school holidays, so not too busy. Loved all the big cat exhibits & felt there were some different exhibits to other animal parks we've visited. Spoke to a couple of keepers who were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Looks like a lot of work has been done, but some enclosures could definitely do with upgrading. Impressed with the brown bear enclosure though. A lot of the food outlets weren't open, understandable in low season, but the cafe with soft play was fine. A reasonable choice of food, not overly expensive and outdoor seating available. Bit disappointed with the merchandise in the shop, there may be more options in high season, but would have liked a souvenir but most options cheap end aimed at kids. Tshirts, bags or mugs would have been of interest. All in all a very enjoyable day, can't believe it was our first visit, but will definitely be back.
