What diners say
I came to baraka eatery for a wedding lunch. It was a set menu! The starters was chicken tikka and kebab. I enjoyed the chicken tikka and the kebab it was nice and fresh! However the portion size for starter was very stingy! The picture is what you get for starter. However, the mains definitely made up for it. The mains which was meat curry and chicken roast and daal as well as biryani with meat you can have unlimited of it! MY TABLE ALONE HAD 4 bowls of meat curry It was delicious! The meat curry was so delicious and tasty, I’m reminiscing it already. The meat was flavourful and tender, the sauce with the curry was just perfect, thick and coatyy! I broke some papadoms and just ate it with the sauce! Absolute 10/10 As well as this, the service from the waiters was incredible, smiling and always happy to help. They were on standby refilling our drinks and making sure everything was perfect!

Nothing special about anything. Food did not taste like eating in a restaurant. No special flavour or taste from Bangladesh. Had Kala Bhuna, Daal and Rice from share menu. Also ordered Mejban Gosth. And hot wings meal. Group of people where talking loudly and most likely Bangladeshi political discussion. We had to call the staff to take our food order. Sorry would not go there again.

I went to eat Tehari on Tuesday night, April 15, but I was very disappointed with their service and the quality of the food. The Tehari I was given had no taste of Tehari at all, it was more like biryani. This food also gave me a lot of problems in my stomach because there was a lot of oil in the food. When I asked a waiter about it, he reacted rudely.i clearly confirm he had no experience or knowledge of customer service. He had a long, thin face and a light beard. The decoration of Baraka restaurant is beautiful but the food and service inside is not good at all. Just a waste of time and money.

The mixed grill for one was enjoyable, with freshly made naan and a rich, well balanced garlic sauce, although the rice lacked flavour. The chicken dish was disappointing, lacking flavour and tasting odd. When I raised this politely, the waitress was unskilled (what shall I do about it was her reply) and the manager only offered a replacement after I confirmed I would still pay for the dish. While the prices are reasonable and some food is well prepared, the customer service let the experience down.
