I recently visited Zaiqa London and had a very enjoyable dining experience overall. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent customer service that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with a good variety of traditional South Asian dishes to choose from. One downside is that some of the dishes felt a little overpriced for what was served, and the portion sizes were smaller than expected. If you're arriving very hungry, you may find yourself ordering extra sides to feel fully satisfied. That said, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience helped make up for these shortcomings. The restaurant has a great ambience, attentive service, and dishes that are clearly prepared with care. While there is room for improvement in terms of value for money, I would still recommend Zaiqa London to anyone looking for a pleasant meal in a welcoming setting, and I would happily visit again.

Today I visited this restaurant and ordered the Lamb Shank Mandi, Chicken Karahi, garlic naan, and papadoms. The Chicken Karahi was 3/5—it was decent but nothing special. My biggest disappointment was the Lamb Shank Mandi. It wasn't Mandi at all; it was simply a lamb shank served with biryani rice. I'm not sure why they call it Mandi. The service was also poor. I chose a table, but the waiter told me to sit somewhere else. After my wife and I moved, another group was allowed to sit at the table I originally picked. I don't understand why we weren't allowed to sit there. It felt like customers don't have the freedom to choose their own seats. Another strange thing was that the staff kept asking me to pay in cash, which made the whole experience feel a bit odd. Overall, the food was average, but the service really let the place down.

I recently visited Zaiqa London and had a pleasant experience overall. The environment was calm and quiet, which made it a nice place to sit and enjoy the meal. We ordered the thali and the lamb nihari. The nihari was okay, but it didn’t fully impress me. Ideally, nihari should have a rich consistency with bone marrow, but this one felt more like a gravy with meat and fat. That said, it wasn’t bad — just not as authentic or flavourful as expected. On the other hand, the thali was quite good and came with a lamb shank rice kind of different things samosa chatpati which tasted nice and was well-cooked. The flavours were enjoyable and the portion was satisfying. Overall, I’d rate my experience 8/10 for the ambience and the thali, though the nihari could definitely be improved.
