I am a loyal returning customer to premier inn since 2010, I just love the room and the bed. For this one I booked the sea view room which is more expensive but still fabulous as I love the sea…. Adele the receptionist is superb we had an issue with our room she was so kind and helpful and solved it right away Thank you Adele definitely will come back

We've used this Premier Inn for many years and enjoyed our stays in Whitley Bay. This last time it seems to be on the decline? We gave up on the breakfast last visit, the quality wasn't there. The beds are just as comfortable but they don't supply a water glass? Another downer, for us, was the lack of a Seaview. We just looked out on the bins. Added to that disappointment it's not cheap and the parking is expensive.

A premier inn with a view. Lovely. Room as usual, plenty of in room tea and coffee. Decent bathroom although we prefer walk in showers and it's a tub. Friendly staff who help. Right on the beach with lovely walks along promenade and Patisserie Valerie next door.

We stay at the Whitley Bay Premier Inn hotel once a month because it is such a great escape! The rooms are always clean and well presented and the beach front location makes our stay extra special.
