I was meaning to write this review a while back. However, today I have time on my hands! There is this woman who works here, her name is Emily and she is the manager. She was so rude, and absolutely disgusting towards me and my children. I have never met anyone as rude as her. I can’t believe a public place would employ people like her! Bentley bridge leisure centre do better! This sort of behaviour from your worker is unacceptable!!! All I asked her is a very humble question about the times and hours for family swimming. And she literally attacked me with “Can’t you check that online for yourself” the shock on my face after receiving the most uncomfortable customer service. Although I know how to use the internet, she failed to realise that so many people might not. I mean I couldn’t even imagine how such a DISGUSTING person would treat the elderly and vulnerable people. Honestly for the concern for those set of people I need to make a further complaint!

The staff are polite and helpful enough but there are issues. Frequently a number of subscription paying adults have to share a single swimming lane, while the others are blocked off. Sometimes we are not allowed in the pool at all. Some staff insist on cleaning the Sauna and the steam room at the same time, which means they are both taken out of action for a considerable time. Also, while the floors are kept meticulously clean, I don’t think that the cubicle walls are ever cleaned.

Absolutely filthy. The locker room looks like it's never been cleaned the layers of grime were gross. No way i could put my child on the baby changer(not even on the towel). A kid was vomiting in the pool as I was leaving. I didn't take pictures i just wanted to get out. Reception staff were nice that's my positive from this. 2 star because my kids had fun but we're not going back.

Had both children taking swimming lessons here amd been for swim sessions amd softplay sessions. Staff are amazing. All good experiences, but communication with customers could be better. We emails or texts regarding changes or updates.
