I try the code that I receive,didn't work.Try to contact them,did not answer.After I call booking.com and try to cancel and have my money back I receive another code(still wrong).I manage to get in after I try a random code that it was close to the code I receive.After two nights somebody else knock to my door saying they have the same room.When they try to call them still not answering. The location is the only good part because is close to the railstation.

Just stopped over for a one night stay. We booked through booking dot com and got a last minute special offer. It was for a small double room which was fine for just 2 of us. We were blown away when we arrived early and got told not only could we leave all our luggage right there and then but our small room had been upgraded to a big double room. It was beautiful and clean. With everything you could need including a fan for the warm weather. On suite was really clean but i found the shower a bit small. The parking was not easy in high season as it's street parking. It's just at the top of windermere and a 2 minute walk from booths and train station and loads of cafes and shops. Lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely recommend this guest house for anybody visiting windermere. Great price rooms so won't break the bank. Also a short walk to bus stop taking you down into Bowness-on-windermere. Lovely.

I emailed the hosts to let them know I did not get a confirmation email. They confirmed my stay. Yet I never got an access code to the key lock box. So I sat outside for an hour until someone else checked in. They happened to have two keys in their box. I believe that was our room? To this day still have no clue.

Wouldn't recommend or go back to All Seasons. The only interaction with the owners is on the phone so it feels like a very impersonal experience. Their website says they can hold luggage but upon arrival was told they wouldn't be able to because they weren't on site. And offered no options for luggage upon checkout. We also asked for a second duvet but this either ignored or was unable to be accommodated. The rooms were fine but very basic for the price, and no services like laundry were available. So very minimal service overall offered at this accommodation. The only positive was the location, very close to the train station. And easy to get around Windermere.
