I had a wonderful stay at The Lamplighter in Windermere. I loved everything about it. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lake District.

Sunday lunch for 10 people. Really good. Beef and lamb excellent. Great range of veg too. So much! Host very attentive and helpful with the wine list - their premier list fair prices and good wines. Recommended and will be back

Booking a restuarant to have our wedding meal from over 300 miles away we did not know what to expect but we would like to let you know our time in your restuarant was perfect and out weighed all our expectations. We were served food in a separate room to other diners which was plenty spacious enough for our 20 guests. The staff were so attentive to all our guests and everyone commented on how amazing the food was.

I booked a table for a group of 10. We have a lovely area to ourselves and could all sit together. The ambience and setting is so nice and the food extremely tasty but also very kind to our budgets. The service was fantastic. This is the perfect restaurant for that extra special evening out without breaking the bank.
