From booking to stay was great. Lovely sized room. Graham was there at breakfast to which they had a great selection of continental options. Room has tea and coffee facilities also. Great quiet location with on street parking.

Had a wonderful time staying here, the host was so friendly and even allowed us to leave our bags there post check out so we could explore the town a bit more before we left.

Very friendly owner. Rooms are clean but if like me a tall person the beds are 3/4 beds. There is NO COOKED BREAKFAST. But plenty of bread jams cereals. Coffee fruit to fill anyone's appertaite. 5 min walk into windermere with plenty of pubs restraunts. I recommend hooks seafood .
