Great themed stay for young Lego fans — a few niggles to be aware of We stayed in the Ninjago Room (425) at the LEGO Windsor Hotel and overall had a great experience — my two boys absolutely loved it. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and the Ninjago-themed details throughout the room were a big hit. The themed lifts with music and talking were a lovely touch and the boys loved them almost as much as the rides! A few areas let it down slightly: the carpets in our room could have been cleaner, and the same goes for the Lego play room in the hotel. More disappointingly, the swimming pool was closed for what we were told would be "the foreseeable future" — my boys were devastated, as this was something they'd really been looking forward to. Food-wise, the Brick Breakfast was good, and the Bricks Buffet for dinner had a good range of choice, though it was on the expensive side. In the park itself, the entry process was smooth and efficient. We headed straight for Flight of the Sky Lion, the park's busiest ride, using our early access time — however, despite the ride being scheduled to open at 9:30am, we ended up queuing for 20 minutes before it actually opened. We also bought Silver Fast Track passes for one day, but didn't end up getting through all our planned rides, as queues were still long even with fast track access on popular rides like the log flume. In short: a fun, well-themed hotel stay that the kids loved, let down a little by cleanliness in places, a closed pool, and longer-than-expected queues even with paid fast passes.

Hotel room was spotless and comfortable for four of us. However, the food at the hotel was absolutely awful. Breakfast was disgusting, overcooked and of very poor quality. A small bottle of water is £3.30, so if you visit bring snacks and your own bottled water. No fruit available anywhere, unless you count soggy frozen berries at breakfast. We had a salad on day 1 that resulted in rather unpleasant after effects. We came a few years ago and the food was much better. The park was fun, although so busy, we still had to wait for some rides even with fast passes. Flight of the Sky Lion was the stand out ride and worth the wait. We went on twice. A great day out and clean, comfortable rooms, just eat somewhere else if you canand bring your own snacks and drinks.

Absolutely fantastic. Whole building and rooms really well put together. Stayed in the Pirate rooms. Theme is excellent. They left a treasure map to open the safe/chest with a gift for the kids. Beds very comfy, TV for parents and for kid. Kids bunked in separate area round the corner for some privacy. Super clean, super well constructed and maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was great fun and theyre not Nazis like Chessington, you can go again if you want. Lots of entertainment for the kids. A bar for parents. Altogether fantastic stay.

Incredible! Stayed here for my sons 9th birthday this weekend. We were allowed to park up and use a key card to get to the park before our check in time. They gave my son a birthday badge and he was thrilled. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was just magical, so clean, great theme and nice and cool in the heat wave! The treasure hunt for the kids was so special we couldn’t believe they actually got a Lego set and a lanyard, they were amazed. The food at the hotel was great, good selection, hot and tasted great. Pricing was reasonable and to be expected at a resort hotel. Drinks prices were to be expected again but they were very well made drinks (my husband runs a pub) they were lovely drinks so worth the price! It was great to be able to come back to the room, have a break and go back out, we managed to do 3 more rides on the evening before it closed as a lot of people had left and the wait times dropped to 5-10 minutes! Breakfast was lovely, all hot and great choices. Straight after breakfast we took a few steps outside and we were in the park. How can you not be happy?! Well worth the money and lifelong memories made for our family. Only thing that was a negative was we only discovered the Lego play room 20 minutes before it closed! 😂 but the kids still managed to have a good play in there before bedtime. Thank you Legoland Hotel couldn’t recommend you enough ✨
