What visitors say
Sat here currently. Can't wait to leave. Music is obnoxiously loud and there's a loud whistling sound going off every few minutes. You know those kettles on the stove? Sounds like that. My son thinks its an alarm and I have to keep telling him its okay. Air-con is inadequate. Literal sweat box. Noticed the fan closest to our table isn't working (or just not switched on). Edit - looking around, none of the ceiling fans are on. Come on guys. Switch them on. Its baking. Plus sides. Staff polite Place is clean and adequate toilets. Edit. Thanks for the snark. My son is playing till the finish time, i dont fancy telling a kid with autism that he has to leave the minute he gets there.. There's nothing to stop you placing some basic fans around especially when kids are playing. Never been to a play area without a fan of ANY kind. Kids get hot. My review was to advise people its baking in there and if you have a personal portable fan - take it. 🥵 I did rate a 3. Which is good and I praised the staff/cleanliness. * Edited to rate a single star due to managers defensiveness over heat.

Had my daughter’s 6 year old birthday party here last weekend and it was spectacular. A huge shout out to Kasey, Evie and Jemima for working so hard and helping us out in decorating and setting up everything. We did a private hire party and the play area was clean and tidy. They also gave us access to the inflatable section and the kids absolutely loved it. Thanks for making the day so special for us, Play Valley.

Lovely big space to take my 9 month old to practice crawling, explore and have fun! Clean and safe environment with lots to do including a pre walkers section and an under 3s section. The cafe is great, food is really good value and arrives really fast just when you and your little one/s need it! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Love it every time, thank you ☺️

Fantastic well looked after busy soft play. Nothing to do with staff, but parents please don't spoil it for other children. Today I spotted 3 grown men with one young child no older than 2 years old in the main area where it's clearly signposted with height restriction!
